Ground
First
A firm named for landscape and excavation that keeps six technical sheets — because the ground underneath a project decides more than the drawing on top of it ever will.
A plan set
with boots on.
DGREEN LANDSCAPE & EXCAVATION LLC is a Utah company registered at 4221 S 4580 W in West Valley City — named for the dirt work, built for the whole project lifecycle that sits around it.
The plan set holds 130 indexed capabilities across six sheets: architecture and land planning, consulting engineering, drafting, inspection, surveying and mapping, and testing laboratories — from soil borings to weld radiography.
What the ground
taught us.
Three rules every sheet in the plan set follows.
Measure before you draw
Survey, boreholes, and site walks come first. A drawing that skips the ground is a guess with a title block.
Test what you design
The same plan set includes the labs. Soil, material, and NDT results close the loop on every engineering decision.
Index everything
Every capability gets a drawing number, every deliverable gets a sheet. If it isn't indexed, it isn't done.
One project,
six sheets.
A typical engagement runs the set in order: survey and map the site, test the ground, plan the land use, engineer the solution, draft the documents, inspect the result.
Clients may take a single sheet or the whole set — the index works the same either way. A prepurchase home inspection and a ski-area master plan share the same discipline: measure, document, verify.

DGreen Landscape & Excavation LLC is a Utah limited liability company. Professional services requiring licensure — stamping drawings, practicing architecture or engineering where regulated — are performed under applicable Utah licensure or through appropriately licensed subconsultants. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform regulated services in a jurisdiction where we are not authorized.
Because the ground decides. Excavation taught us that soil, material, and structural verification matter as much as design — so the same plan set includes geotechnical, soil, materials, nondestructive, and radiographic testing capabilities alongside the design disciplines.
Yes. Every capability is indexed as its own drawing — a single home inspection, a land survey, or a soil report can be engaged on its own without committing to the rest of the set. Larger projects simply pull more sheets.
No. All laboratory and biological testing services explicitly exclude medical and veterinary work. Our testing covers construction materials, soil, geotechnical, environmental, industrial, and product applications.
Send the site — an address, a parcel, or a set of existing documents — to gabriela.silva@dgreenlan.shop or call +1 (870) 498-9631. We return a scoped proposal naming which sheets apply, the deliverables on each, and a fixed or hourly fee basis.
Field services operate from West Valley City, Utah, across the Salt Lake Valley and Wasatch Front. Desk services — drafting, planning studies, specification consulting, mapping — are delivered to clients anywhere.
